From the moment you book, we'll work together to bring your vision to life through thoughtful planning, intentional design, and personalized guidance.  Every detail is carefully curated, from developing your overall event aesthetic and sourcing décor to managing vendor communication, creating detailed timelines, overseeing logistics, and coordinating every moving piece behind the scenes.

This is more than event coordination, it's a complete planning and design experience. I'll handle the research, organization, design concepts, décor sourcing, purchasing, and styling so you can enjoy the excitement of planning without the stress of managing countless details following our first in person meeting and completion of the event blueprint. This package includes up to 3 in person meetings prior to your event, unlimited planning calls and text support throughout the planning process, as well has rehearsal coordination. This package also includes a curated list of trusted vendor recommendations, a complimentary custom event timeline, a customizable wedding binder, excel budget sheet, and a name change assistance guide.
